[ukcider] Ominous words re cider duty

I can't see anybody much rallying round to defend the small
cidermakers this time. There was a good chance to do so a short while
back but enough of them preferred to hitch their colours to
organisations that are ultimately dominated by the lage cider
manufacturers or brewers. So when the time comes to repeal the 7000L
exemption there will be a little bit of token protest from the
officials, then that's it - gone. So much for some people's
retirement plans.
